Our business, Curated Partners Ltd., is a small recruitment agency that provides mid- to upper-level financial, IT, HR, Operations and Transformation professionals to clients across various industries.
We recognise that modern slavery is a global issue, and we are committed to ensuring that our business and supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, we have implemented the following steps:
- Supplier Risk Assessment: We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains and work with our suppliers to ensure compliance with our values.
- Employee Training: Our employees receive training on identifying and preventing modern slavery, ensuring they understand the risks and know how to report any concerns.
Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes provision of financial, IT, HR, Operations and Transformation personnel. We expect our suppliers and contractors to adhere to the same high standards that we set for ourselves.
